The ibex herd is very large and the quantity of available licenses remains high. Upcoming seasons will be designed to bring and keep the herd size within established guidelines. So, draw odds will get worse in the foreseeable future as the herd size gets smaller. Presently all applicants (resident and non-resident) are in the same drawing. So, apply now and keep applying before the odds get worse.
